We will be keeping the most current version of UWC3 Beta for AMXX 0.16 here,
it is available in a zipfile as uwc3-ver.zip and all of the files are available
individually under the /uwc3 folder.


[ Note: This is the download section for the AMXX 0.16 version, which is now
  discontinued. This version should be stable to run but will lack features
  included in the AMXMODX 0.20 version. ]
